"Spill-A-Girl"....

This endearing nickname was given to a friend of mine a few years back. It was established because my friend who is NOT a ditz at all, could always find something to spill on herself or just spill something in general. Friend, you know who you are! :)
So the reason for this post?? It has finally come full circle. YES, I am now "Spill-A-Girl." I have noticed that since being pregnant I have dropped and broken a plate and a glass, as well as am constantly spilling things that end up on my belly. Drinking a glass of water requires much concentration and I don't know what it is about my ever growing belly but it always wants to collect food on top of it! Thus said, today alone, I have spilled 2 drinks and dropped food 3 times on my belly. I know the books say that you can be clumsy when you are pregnant, but this is just becoming extremely funny. Maybe I should test out some of the bibs that we have already gotten fo Kaylie. :)

Oh yeah, and according to Bobby, I have also taken up snoring since being pregnant. I am convinced that the Lord has an amazing sense of humor!

86 DAYS!!??

I don't know why but 86 days till the baby is due seems like such a long time. I will say 3 months, that sounds like less time to me! :) So yesterday was the best day because I got to work and got a call from my bestest telling me that she was PREGNANT! Yep, Jess and Neil and expecting #2 and I couldn't be happier! We always talked about being pregnant at the same time, and now we have 3 months of preggo time together. :) So fun! And now Kaylie will have another friend just 5 months apart! Lisa's baby Emerie was born in December and when the two girls start going to childrens ministry they will be in the same class together and hopefully be great friends! It is so funny thinking about who your kids will grow up with. I am just so glad that I already know she will have some wonderful friendships available to her right away by two of my best friends!
Anyway, Bobby and I had a recent photo shoot at the house that I will show you. We have been so bad at taking pictures lately, I don't know why, but I better get in the habit because when the baby comes we will need to take a ton! Not too much else is going on around here, Bobby is still liking his shift a lot, and I am still working part time at O'Hair, hopefully for as long as I can. Anyway, enjoy the pics!

Big Fat Baby Belly!

Well I know I have been promising a baby belly pic but I really only have one to share right now! I have been horrible at taking pics of my belly, but this one was taken just a week ago of me and the hubby.


Well things are going well here. I am in my 26th week and getting bigger by the second! Most of you heard about my crazy rash that I got and praise the Lord it has gone away! No more itchiness! The heartburn has been few and far between which I am extremely grateful for as well. I think there was one night a few weeks ago that it was so bad I called Bobby crying! I am grateful though, it seems like the Lord is giving me an extremely healthy pregnancy despite the small things that come and go quickly. This Wednesday is my glucose screening test which I hopefully pass ok, if I have to get bloodwork taken, the results better be good! :) I think one of the funniest things is my belly button. My once perfect innie is now a perfect outtie! Does anyone know if it will go back to an innie after the baby???

Here are a few fun facts from my pregnancy:

CRAVINGS:
Fruit (any kind whenever, wherever)
Orange Juice
Bagels and cream cheese (bobby teases that Kaylie is going come out a bagel
with all the bagels i'm eating!)
California Tortilla
Cereal (usually cheerios with blueberries)
Loaded baked potato's
Salad
Blackberry yogurt (stoneybrook farms from Whole Foods)
Panini's
And the occasional sweets craving!

So I guess that is not so bad. Hey, at least I don't crave any fast food!

I have gained about 25 pounds so far. 25 and counting! I have noticed that my hair has become more normal and I don't have to wash it everyday which is good because your really not supposed to! I am slowly not being able to bend over anymore and putting on socks makes both Bobby and I laugh! Kaylie moves A LOT and kicks A LOT, I swear she is either dancing or she is a gymnast. Who knows, every time we get a sonogram she is always on her head doing a somersault! Seeing her move by just looking down at my belly is the funniest. Bobby and I love to just watch and see my stomach jerk and move when she starts going crazy in there. It's so much fun, but I can't wait till May!! I can't come soon enough. I still can't believe I am going to be a mommy....

I found something!!!

That I thought for sure that I had lost. When Bobby and I got married we made a slideshow of pictures of all our friends and family members that were in the wedding. We played the slideshow actually before the ceremony started while people were getting seated. I don't think that some people got to see the slideshow, but I found it and decided to post it here not just for other people to see but also so I can watch it easily any time that I want! What sweet memories that I have, I am one blessed girl! :)
